{"id":12583,"date":"2022-03-07T15:28:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T19:28:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cenal.gob.ve\/?p=12583"},"modified":"2022-05-25T16:37:03","modified_gmt":"2022-05-25T20:37:03","slug":"hundiendonos-en-el-excremento-del-diablo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cenal.gob.ve\/?p=12583","title":{"rendered":"Hundi\u00e9ndonos en el excremento del diablo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cuando en Venezuela se celebraba la nacionalizaci\u00f3n petrolera por la bonanza inmediata y el progreso que promet\u00eda, Juan Pablo P\u00e9rez Alfonzo sali\u00f3 a vocear que nunca el pa\u00eds hab\u00eda estado tan mal: \u201cAhora estamos en una mayor carraplana\u201d. Hab\u00edamos ca\u00eddo en la trampa de embarcarnos \u201cen ilusorios programas de desarrollo forzado, de \u00e9xito imposible\u201d. Estos programas eran la respuesta irreflexiva a la t\u00e1ctica de las transnacionales de enga\u00f1arnos \u201ccon una siembra imposible de petr\u00f3leo\u201d. Imposible por onerosa y por inviable en sus resultados, pues las corporaciones y las grandes potencias le impon\u00edan al mercado una l\u00f3gica que terminar\u00eda por cerrar inventarios y reservas, lo cual anular\u00eda la posibilidad de un retorno rentable de las inversiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dos factores favorec\u00edan ese manejo suicida de la explotaci\u00f3n petrolera: la convicci\u00f3n de que el dinero f\u00e1cil permitir\u00eda \u201ctraernos de afuera el salvador para nuestros males\u201d, y la falta de la formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y de conciencia pol\u00edtica necesarias para comprender la realidad y los cambios que se gestaban a escala global. Su juicio era tan conciso como elocuente, llev\u00e1bamos \u201cm\u00e1s de medio siglo de aprender a brujos intentando Venezuela abonar la tierra con excrementos del diablo\u201d.
