convocatoria dirigida a escritoras y escritores que deseen postular sus proyectos en los g\u00e9neros: Narrativa; Ensayo sobre Libros y Lectura; Biograf\u00edas, Testimonios y Memorias; y Novela Gr\u00e1fica.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Ocho becas ser\u00e1n otorgadas de la siguiente manera: 4 becas para escritores con edades comprendidas hasta los 35 a\u00f1os y otras cuatro para escritores de 36 a\u00f1os en adelante, por un monto de 8 millones de bol\u00edvares.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Los postulados pueden ser venezolanos o extranjeros residenciados en el pa\u00eds, que posean proyectos literarios escritos e in\u00e9ditos en el idioma castellano o biling\u00fce, incluyendo idiomas ind\u00edgenas.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">El programa de Becas de Est\u00edmulo a la Creaci\u00f3n Literaria responde a las pol\u00edticas culturales que el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Cultura, ejecuta a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Aut\u00f3nomo Centro Nacional del Libro
