{"id":5990,"date":"2018-09-14T13:15:23","date_gmt":"2018-09-14T17:15:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cenal.gob.ve\/?p=5990"},"modified":"2022-03-09T11:43:22","modified_gmt":"2022-03-09T15:43:22","slug":"onvocatoria-al-x-premio-nacional-del-libro-se-extiende-hasta-octubre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cenal.gob.ve\/?p=5990","title":{"rendered":"Convocatoria al X Premio Nacional del Libro se extiende hasta octubre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Caracas, 14 de septiembre de 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Con el objetivo<\/span> <span style=\"color: #222222;\">de ampliar las oportunidades de participaci\u00f3n, las postulaciones al <em>X Premio Nacional del Libro 2016-2017<\/em> en sus menciones <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Libros y\/o Publicaciones y Promoci\u00f3n del Libro y la Lectura<\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #222222;\">, ser\u00e1n <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">recibidas hasta el lunes 1 de octubre del presente a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Los sujetos en torno al libro y la lectura que deseen participar podr\u00e1n adquirir la planilla de postulaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la pagina <\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cenal.gob.ve\/\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\">www.cenal.gob.ve<\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #222222;\">o solicitarla en la sede del Centro Nacional del Libro, ubicada en el <\/span><span style=\"color: #222222;\">Centro Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar, Torre Norte, piso 20, El Silencio, Caracas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em><span style=\"color: #222222;\">El X Premio Nacional del Libro 2016-2017 <\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #222222;\">es una iniciativa del Ministerio de la Cultura, a trav\u00e9s de su ente adscrito Cenal, que surge con los prop\u00f3sitos claves de valorar el libro como unidad de contenido y forma y para reconocer el trabajo intelectual, editorial, gr\u00e1fico y los esfuerzos en favor de la promoci\u00f3n de la lectura.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Bases generales de esta convocatoria<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">1\u00b0 Los participantes pueden postularse a s\u00ed mismos o ser propuestos por un tercero en cada una de las menciones y categor\u00edas. Una misma obra puede concursar en varias categor\u00edas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">2\u00b0 Se entender\u00e1 por postulaci\u00f3n, la manifestaci\u00f3n por escrito de cualquier ciudadano o ciudadana para que un libro, publicaci\u00f3n, instituci\u00f3n, p\u00e1gina web, blog, experiencia en promoci\u00f3n de lectura o producci\u00f3n audiovisual participe en el X Premio Nacional del Libro.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">3\u00b0 La planilla para la postulaci\u00f3n se podr\u00e1 descargar de la p\u00e1gina web <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cenal.gob.ve\/\"><span style=\"color: #1155cc;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">www.cenal.gob.ve<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/u><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o ser retirada en la sede del CENAL donde deber\u00e1 ser consignada, con los dem\u00e1s recaudos, enviados a la siguiente direcci\u00f3n: <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Instituto Aut\u00f3nomo Centro Nacional del Libro (CENAL), Centro Sim\u00f3n Bol\u00edvar, Torre Norte, piso 20, El Silencio, Caracas, C\u00f3digo Postal 1010.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">4\u00b0 El lapso previsto para la recepci\u00f3n de las postulaciones es del 15 de mayo al 1 de octubre de 2018.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">5\u00b0 El X Premio Nacional del Libro se divide en dos menciones: <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Menci\u00f3n libros y\/o publicaciones<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">; <\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Menci\u00f3n promoci\u00f3n del libro y la lectura<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">6\u00b0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Menci\u00f3n libros y\/o publicaciones:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Los libros deben haber sido producidos e impresos en Venezuela durante los a\u00f1os 2016 y 2017, de acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n registrada en el colof\u00f3n editorial o en la p\u00e1gina legal. No se considerar\u00e1n reimpresiones.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El postulante debe remitir al CENAL tres (3) ejemplares del libro o publicaci\u00f3n, junto con la planilla de inscripci\u00f3n, una rese\u00f1a de la obra no mayor de 8 l\u00edneas (en un CD en programa OpenOffice o Word), en un sobre cerrado plenamente identificado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">De concursar en el aspecto gr\u00e1fico, debe consignar un resumen de la obra no mayor de 8 l\u00edneas y la imagen en formato digital en alta resoluci\u00f3n (TIFF o JPG) en un CD o DVD, en un sobre cerrado plenamente identificado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Categor\u00edas:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Mejor libro<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Considera al mejor libro producido en Venezuela en cualquier g\u00e9nero literario valorando, para su selecci\u00f3n, todos los factores que inciden en la labor editorial: selecci\u00f3n de la obra, presentaci\u00f3n, formato o soporte, dise\u00f1o, correcci\u00f3n e impresi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Libro electr\u00f3nico o digital<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Considera aquellos libros editados espec\u00edficamente para ser le\u00eddos en dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos y\/o digitales. Incluye las obras que utilizan un soporte distinto al papel.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Las iniciativas de difusi\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n del libro y la lectura deben haberse desarrollado en la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Las postulaciones deben ser presentadas y avaladas por un tercero (persona natural o jur\u00eddica, comunidad o instituci\u00f3n).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Debe consignar tres (3) sobres que contengan un texto descriptivo que exponga las actividades realizadas por el promotor, la instituci\u00f3n o producci\u00f3n audiovisual durante los a\u00f1os 2016-2017.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El texto descriptivo debe ir acompa\u00f1ado de un registro audiovisual (fotos o v\u00eddeos de los talleres o actividades de promoci\u00f3n de lectura), una breve exposici\u00f3n del impacto social obtenido, un reporte estad\u00edstico y una muestra de materiales producto de los procesos de mediaci\u00f3n (de ser el caso), adem\u00e1s de todos los soportes que se consideren necesarios para afianzar la postulaci\u00f3n.
