Entre sus m\u00e9ritos se encuentra la fundaci\u00f3n del C\u00edrculo de Escritores del estado Cojedes y de la revista &#8220;Quemadura&#8221;; as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n se encarg\u00f3 de la Coordinaci\u00f3n General del Instituto de Cultura.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Autor de &#8220;La tristeza m\u00e1s alta&#8221; (1995); &#8220;Amor sin fin&#8221; (1998); y el &#8220;olor del tiempo&#8221;, con el que gan\u00f3 el Certamen mayor de las artes y la letras llevado a cabo por el Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Cultura en 2004.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"> Por su parte, Ram\u00edrez, nativo de la entidad llanera, ha desarrollado interesantes proyectos en torno al libro y la lectura, como la columna literaria &#8220;Trece excusas para perder el tiempo&#8221; en el Semanario El Impacto. Su primer poemario, &#8220;Metamorfo&#8221;, fue editado por la editorial del Estado Fundaci\u00f3n El Perro y La Rana, en la Colecci\u00f3n Nuevas Tendencias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-179673209034460636gmail-m_-6616049580511529962gmail-western\" lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Adem\u00e1s de escribir poes\u00eda es Licenciado en Educaci\u00f3n menci\u00f3n Lengua y Literatura, egresado de la Universidad Nacional Experimental de los Llanos Ezequiel Zamora UNELLEZ;\u00a0 recibi\u00f3 Menci\u00f3n de Honor en el Concurso Misterios y Fantasmas Cl\u00e1sicos de la Llanura en el a\u00f1o 2002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"m_-179673209034460636gmail-m_-6616049580511529962gmail-western\" lang=\"es-ES\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Con el lema &#8220;Leer es vida&#8221; la Filven cap\u00edtulo Cojedes es organizada por el el Instituto Aut\u00f3nomo Centro Nacional del Libro (Cenal), ente adscrito al\u00a0 Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Cultura, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gabinete Cultural y la Gobernaci\u00f3n del estado Cojedes.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span
