de la Biblioteca Febres Cordero, el lanzamiento del Plan Nacional de Lectura Manuel Vadell en el estado M\u00e9rida, con el fin de impulsar el n\u00famero de lectores y acercamiento de los ciudadanos a la diversidad de t\u00edtulos.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl inicio de esta jornada es una oportunidad para acercar el p\u00fablico a los libros y publicaciones impresas; se trata de incentivar la lectura, para comprender, analizar e interpretar los textos\u201d, as\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 el profesor Alberto Carucci, en compa\u00f1\u00eda del profesor Gregorio Gonz\u00e1lez y el director del Gabinete de Cultura de la entidad meride\u00f1a, Oswaldo Acu\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que a medida en que la ciudadan\u00eda se apropie de los bienes culturales va encaminada a comprender de mejor forma la realidad de su pa\u00eds y as\u00ed tener posibilidades de participaci\u00f3n en las din\u00e1micas de cambio.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa lectura es una opci\u00f3n de libertad, conocimiento y entretenimiento, de manera que es un crecimiento como sociedad\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0Plan Nacional de Lectura Manuel Vadell, que coordina el Centro Nacional del Libro (Cenal), tiene como libro fundamental para la promoci\u00f3n de la lectura\u00a0 el Discurso de Angostura<b>,<\/b> que tambi\u00e9n se puede descargar libremente en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cenal.gob.ve\" target=\"_blank\"
