En este libro se re\u00fane los textos de Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ed (Cuba, 1853-1895) en los que formula su doctrina de Nuestra Am\u00e9rica. A estos textos se incorporan tambi\u00e9n otros apuntes, discursos, art\u00edculos y cartas donde se esboza esta idea. La presente compilaci\u00f3n deja ver que el n\u00facleo en torno al cual Nuestra Am\u00e9rica se organiza es la Conferencia Internacional Americana. La fijaci\u00f3n de los textos obedece al aliento de respetar las indicaciones realizadas por el propio Mart\u00ed en su carta a Gonzalo Quesada fechada el 1 de abril de 1895.<\/span><\/div>\n
